For an all inclusive monthly fee we provide attractive fully functioning office suites, allowing you to walk in and be immediately productive without the distractions, commitments and complications of being responsible for conventional rented accomodation. We take care of everything – all you need to do is let people you are moving in – and we can even help you with that!

Our licences start from a little as three months in duration – No scary 5 or 10 year commitments with conventional leases!

All our offices come fully furnished and equipped with the latest technology and telephone support. Our licences are flexible and range from 3 months to one year and are inclusive of rent, rates, utilities, building insurance and free tea and coffee. In order to ensure that it is easy for you to work out your budget, we have no hidden extras – all our charges are transparent and available on monthly all inclusive billing.

Our building is unbranded but you are welcome to add your company plaque and logo to our front door.
