For an all inclusive monthly fee we provide elegant fully functioning office suites, allowing you to walk in and be immediately productive without the distractions, commitments and complications of being responsible for conventional rented accommodation.
That is up to you. 10 Fitzroy can offer you a flexible licence from three months up to 364 days. All licences are renewable and you decide what term you need. We only require 4 weeks notice if your business requirements change and you need to relocate or expand.
We often have deadlines and need to work out of hours and at weekends, is this part of the package?
Yes, access for our tenants is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but we would ask that you advise our Facilities Manager in advance. Our Reception and switchboard are staffed Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17.30 (18.00)
Our fully trained Receptionists provide professional telephone answering services from 08:30 to 18:00 everyday from Monday to Friday should you require it.
Absolutely. Your guests will be greeted with a warm welcome by our Receptionists, Monday to Friday, 8:30- 17.30. They will sign them into the building, badge them up and offer them coffee while they are waiting for you to arrive.
They are also happy to book meeting rooms, order taxis, organise catering; in fact they will take care of whatever you need.
We can offer you a range of stylish, fully-furnished contemporary meeting rooms and conference facilities, complete with audio-visual equipment. These rooms are available to hire by the hour or by the day.
We offer kitchen facilities including refrigerators, dishwashers, purified chilled water, tea and coffee. We have an outside patio area and a “café” style area where you can have your lunch or just take time away from your desk.
We can provide faxing, photocopying, laminating, binding and paper shredding equipment services. Just pay for these if and when you use them.
Our cleaning team work every day and any extra services to the common areas or specific offices such as carpet shampooing or decorating are carried out at weekends.

Yes. You can either increase the number of workstations in your current space – if there is room or you can move to a larger office subject to availability. We are delighted to report that several of our clients have expanded and either added more offices or moved into a larger space. And as an added bonus our team will help you to relocate within the building at a time which has least impact on your business thus ensuring continuity.
No problem. You can downsize to a smaller office, subject to availability and similarly our team will be happy to help you with this moved.
